Ladies oGrace
Who are LOGs?

Church history is filled with accounts of women who have served the Lord with quiet resilience and tenacity.

The Ladies of Grace(aka LOGs) desire to learn and grow toward that same spirit in order to serve our Lord and His Church. The LOGs have been meeting once a month for study and prayer for approximately 10 years.

Since its beginnings, the leadership and the ladies agree that the books chosen for study must benefit the group as a whole in growth and maturity towards the same end—to serve Jesus Christ and His Church.

We do not read and discuss your “typical” ladies bible study books. It is understood that if we are reading and discussing books on doctrine, theology, church history, etc. then that which is learned will be seen in all of our relationships; family, work, friendships, church.

Some of the books and articles studied in the past have been:
- Studies in the Sermon on the Mount by Martin Lloyd-Jones,
- Marriage to a Difficult Man: The Uncommon Union of Jonathan & Sarah Edwards by Elisabeth Dodds,
- The Golden Booklet of the True Christian Life by John Calvin,
- Finding the Will of God: A Pagan Notion? by Bruce Waltke,
- Whatever Happened to the Gospel of Grace?: Rediscovering the Doctrines that Shook the World by James Montgomery Boice,
- Kingdom Evangelism by Edmund P. Clowney—from The Pastor-Evangelist,
- Instruments in the Redeemer’s Hands by Paul David Tripp.

We have been challenged and blessed by these books and their writers. We are truly thankful for those who have been committed to write biblical truths to help us better search and understand God’s Holy Word and what He requires of us.
